New server links

Yesterday Undernet linked a new server for our North american users. The server is sponsored by Astral ISP and IT Management Inc. - Canada.
The servername is ottawa.on.ca.undernet.org and as just as the name say, located in Ottawa, ON, Canada.

We welcome Ottawa* and it's crew to Undernet and hope this new server will serve the american users well.
