Undernet links new Canadian Server

Undernet Routing committee have linked a new server to undernet in test-link.
Quebec.QU.CA.undernet.org linked to undernet on 02nd July 2002 and sponsored by Astral-ISP.com

We hope this new server will allow Canadian users easier access to our network and wish Bio` the admin best of luck!
